JRNY Digital was born. In the midst of the pandemic, we set out to help small businesses survive and thrive online. It started with just one person and a mission to do marketing right.

We made our first hire. Growing the team was a game-changer. It allowed us to expand our services and start making a real impact for more businesses.

We moved into our own office space. Getting a dedicated office location for our team in Brisbane, allowing us to really drive more collaboration.

We hit a huge milestone—Finalist for the Brisbane Young Entrepreneur Award (Marketing)! This was a big deal for us. It was proof that we were making serious waves in the digital marketing world.

As of 2024, we've managed $40+ million in advertising spend across Google and Meta Ads, generating over $300 million in revenue for our clients with an average ROAS of 9x on Google alone.

Jason was awarded the Nick Xynias Multicultural Young Business Person of the Year. This award recognised our continued commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients while embracing diversity in business. As JRNY Digital continues to grow, so does our passion for helping small businesses thrive. We're just getting started.

"I've always wanted to help people and start my own business, as cliché as it sounds. But what really pushed me to build JRNY Digital came from a few key moments.

The pandemic hit, and I lost my job at a marketing agency. Around the same time, my dad - who owns a tilling business - was getting swamped with calls from agencies throwing around marketing jargon and over-promising results. They were lying to him. Plain and simple.

That's when I realised - small business owners like my dad deserve better. They're not just business owners, they're people with families to support. It's not a game-it's their livelihood.

They deserve honesty, transparency and results that actually make a difference.

That's why I built JRNY Digital. We don't do cheap sales tactics or confusing lingo. We partner with business owners, joining them on their journey to growth - keeping it real, honest and results-driven every step on the way.
